Governance & Organizational Structure
ECO is governed by a dedicated Board of Directors that provides strategic direction, oversight, and policy guidance. The Board ensures that the organization remains aligned with its mission, values, and humanitarian principles.
Day-to-day operations are managed by an experienced Executive Leadership Team, supported by skilled staff and committed volunteers who implement programs across communities. Together, they ensure that ECO operates efficiently, ethically, and in full alignment with its mandate.
